+ What are your pick up locations?

As we operate private tours, we can pickup from any central Sydney location.

For most Sydney tours, we can also pickup from the city’s North Shore.

For our Blue Mountains tours, we can also pickup from the city’s West and for our Northern Beaches tour, we can also pickup from Sydney’s North or the Northern Beaches.

+ What time will you pick us up and drop us off?

We will send a separate email with exact pickup times. Pickup times are dependent on sunset, national parks opening and closing times, distance and traffic in getting to and from pickup location. Drop off times are approximate.

+ Can my kids join your day tours?

Children 4 years and over are most welcome. Our youth rates apply to children aged 7 to 12 years. If your child is under 7 years old, they will be entitled to child rates, please let us know in advance as we will by law need to seat them in a child restraint. We only carry these on board when notified in advance.

+ Can we bring a stroller or pram?

Provided you let us know in advance, we can organise this. We have limited storage space available.

+ Will I be able to travel with luggage?

Provided you let us know in advance, we can organise this. We have limited storage space available. If you need, we can drop you off at the airport or cruise terminal.

+ How can I book or get more information?

Bookings can be made through our secure booking form. To request more information use our contact page or call us on 1300 872 843 from within Australia or +61 412 016 568 from outside of Australia.

+ What currency are prices listed in?

Our website displays the prices by default for our day tours in Australian currency. Other currencies are for reference only. Charges will be made in Australian dollars.

+ Can I make a custom tour?

Yes. We are very flexible and can organise custom tours for you. Just tell us what you want.

+ What should I bring on the tour?

Wear closed comfortable shoes and long pants. Don’t forget your camera. Please note that if coming to the Blue Mountains, the temperature can be 5 degrees Celsius cooler.

+ Can I be dropped off at a different location?

Of course. If you wish, we can drop you off at any location that is on the way to the centre of the city or anywhere in the central Sydney area. We may also be able to drop you elsewhere. Please ask us if what you want is possible.

+ Will the tour be cancelled due to poor weather?

We only cancel the tour due to weather if it will cause unsafe travels. We will not cancel a tour due to rain. No tour to date has been cancelled due to bad weather.

+ In what languages do you offer your tours?

We offer our tours in English and Spanish at the moment. If your English or Spanish is poor do not be concerned, we are used to dealing with people from all around the world and from many linguistic backgrounds. If you would like, we can arrange a translator at your expense by prior arrangement.

+ I think I left one of my belongings in the tour vehicle. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. We will try to deliver it to you if you are still in Sydney. If not, we will try to arrange a postage method agreed with yourself, customer to pay for postage fees. Any unclaimed lost and found item will be discarded after 6 months of the date of departure.

+ Do I need travel insurance?

Any activity in outdoors comes with risk of injury (these may include, but are not limited to, heights, exposure to weather, rapid flowing water, fauna and flora). Being careful is important for your safety and the safety of others. We are not liable for theft and/or damage to personal items, nor for any personal injuries you may endure. Also, if you choose to cancel your tour due to change of circumstance, we are unable to provide a refund. Furthermore, you will be required to digitally sign a liability waiver.

+ Does your website use cookies?

Yes, like most modern websites, we use cookies to track statistics about the usage of our site, but the cookies do not include any information which could identify you. The information collected is solely for statistical purposes.
